About the role
A healthcare quality specialist or senior specialist for an on-site, full-time role in Alexandria. The role leads and supports the hospital accreditation process, writes and rolls out policies and SOPs for standardisation and compliance, runs internal audits and gap analyses and follows up corrective actions, builds and monitors KPI dashboards for data-driven decisions and patient safety, and leads cross-functional quality initiatives to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Dentistry
- Graduated between 2018 and 2024
- MQM or TQM certification (required)
- Previous experience as a quality specialist in the healthcare sector
- Good knowledge of GAHAR standards, policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience in hospital accreditation, internal audits and gap analysis
- Excellent Microsoft Office and data management skills
