Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IMETS Medical School and the educational programs, courses, diplomas, live sessions, recordings, materials and services we provide (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. About IMETS

IMETS Medical School is an educational academy that designs and delivers professional healthcare training — including diplomas, certificates and exam-preparation programs. We are the provider of every program on this platform; we are not an online marketplace and we do not host or resell courses on behalf of third-party sellers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Enrollment Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

  • Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@imetsedu.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Enrollment & Access to Programs

When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the program you enrolled in for the access period stated at enrollment. Programs may combine live online sessions, recorded lessons, study materials, assignments and practice exams.

Live-session schedules, instructors and program content may be updated to improve quality. Where a live session is missed, a recording is normally made available in your account.

5. Fees & Payments

Program fees are shown before you enroll and are payable at enrollment unless an installment plan is agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes may be added based on your location. We may change prices from time to time, but changes do not affect a program you have already paid for.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Enrollment Policy. Please review it before enrolling. If IMETS Medical School cancels a program, you are entitled to a full refund or transfer to another cohort.

7. Student Conduct & Academic Integrity

To keep the learning environment safe and fair, you agree not to:

  • Share your login or grant others access to the Services.
  • Copy, record, resell, publish or redistribute any course materials, recordings or exam questions.
  • Cheat, plagiarize, or misrepresent your identity in assessments or certification exams.
  • Harass instructors, staff or fellow students, or disrupt live sessions.
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or use automated systems to access the Services.

8. Certificates

Where a program offers a certificate of completion, it is issued once you meet the stated completion criteria (such as attendance, assignments and assessments). Certificates are verifiable through IMETS Medical School and confirm completion of an IMETS program; they are not a professional license.

9. Exam Preparation & Independent Certifying Bodies

Some programs prepare you for external professional examinations (for example CPHQ, CIC and similar credentials). Those examinations and credentials are owned and awarded by independent certifying bodies. IMETS Medical School is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those bodies, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any external exam or obtain any external credential.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including lessons, videos, slides, materials, practice exams, text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by IMETS Medical School or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial learning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided for educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, exam result, licensure or employment. Program content is not medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMETS Medical School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your right to access the Services stops immediately; sections intended to survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Egypt shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
