About the role
NMC Healthcare is hiring a registered nurse for its medical/surgical unit in Dubai. The nurse assesses, plans, delivers and evaluates inpatient care under senior nursing supervision, escalates deteriorating patients using early-warning and AHA emergency protocols, and takes part in quality improvement, infection prevention and incident reporting. The role also supports and mentors new and student nurses. 3–8 years of experience; one vacancy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 3–8 years of nursing experience
- Valid registered nurse licence with the relevant UAE health regulator
- Current American Heart Association BLS provider card
- Clear spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
- Comfortable documenting care in an electronic medical record
