Our course fee is $450 in US dollars. NAHQ's examination fee is entirely separate and goes to NAHQ: $799 non-member, $559 standard member, $400 premium member. One live session each week, on Zoom, scheduled for Gulf evenings and recorded without exception. - CPD accreditation is decided by QCHP under its own rules, activity by activity, and we cannot promise on its behalf what will or will not be recognised — check directly with them for anything you are relying on. CPHQ's value in Qatar is as a portable examined certification in its own right, which is a separate benefit from CPD credit.
- Is CPHQ needed to register as a healthcare practitioner in Qatar?
- No. Registration is granted by the Department of Healthcare Professions through its own assessment process, and this certification plays no part in it. CPHQ is voluntary and specialised — it distinguishes you within the quality field once you are already registered to practise.
- What does the preparation course cost for someone in Doha?

- Are the live sessions scheduled at a workable hour for Qatar?
- They run in the evening on Gulf time, which is when the regional cohort can realistically attend. Every session is recorded and released, so an on-call night or a clashing shift costs you the live discussion rather than the content.
- Is CPHQ recognised in the private sector as well as the public one?
- It is issued internationally and read the same way by both, which is much of its appeal in a market where practitioners move between the two. That said, recognition is a hiring decision made by an employer, and no training provider can commit an employer to anything on your behalf.
- I already hold Lean Six Sigma — is CPHQ redundant?
- They do different jobs. Six Sigma gives you a methodology for improving a process; CPHQ covers the territory a quality function is accountable for, including governance, safety and measurement.
